"Reasonable Repair Rates" is our promise that you will never overpay for a repair. "Up front pricing" means that we don't repair until you know the cost and you authorize it. Once repairs are completed, there is no estimate fee added.

We pay our technicians hourly! Most other companies pay their techs at a piece rate or "ticket time" - the bigger the job, the more they get paid. This pushes those technicians to hurry the job and invites overcharging and a push to sell unnecessary repairs or even a replacement to make even more money.
Our technicians are paid by the hour until the job is finished. We want to insure a quality repair - the FIRST time.
